1. The Hashtoo 365-Day Creator Satisfaction Guarantee
At Hashtoo, we stand firmly behind our platform’s ecosystem and our editorial curation value. We offer a comprehensive 365-Day Earnings Satisfaction Guarantee for all our premium subscription tier (Creator Pro Unlimited ₹4,991). If you subscribe to an eligible plan, actively publish original content, and are not satisfied with your beneficial earnings or performance on our platform within 365 days from activation, Hashtoo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will issue a 100% refund of your total subscription fee.
2. Activity and Eligibility Criteria for Refund Claims
To maintain a fair and professional community, the 365-day refund guarantee is strictly performance-linked and action-oriented. To be eligible for a full subscription refund, the creator account must satisfy the following baseline criteria during the 365-day validity cycle:
- Minimum Content Submissions: The creator must have drafted and submitted a minimum of 5 Posts within subscription plan validity through their creator write/post page.
3. Refund Processing and Payout Timelines
Eligible creators can initiate a refund request within 15 days following the expiration of their 365-day subscription plan. To claim a refund, please send an email to our support desk with your registered Email ID, Username, and a copy of your initial transaction receipt. Once our systems verify that the baseline submission criteria were met, your full subscription amount will be reversed directly back to your original source payment method (via our secure payment gateway partner, Razorpay) within 7-10 business days.
4. Double Payments Exceptions
We will process refunds in the event of a technical error:
- Duplicate Transactions: If you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical glitch, please notify us at contact@hashtoo.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Refund Processing: Valid duplicate payment refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5–7 business days as per standard banking procedures.
