Refund and Cancellation Policy

Hashtoo Technologies Private Limited (“Company,” “We,” “Us”) operates hashtoo.com. We thank you for choosing our sports magazine subscription. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to our Monthly (₹10) or Yearly (₹100) plans.

1. Digital Content Nature

Since our service provides immediate access to premium sports analysis, news, and digital content upon successful payment, we follow a strict “No Refund” policy. As per the nature of digital products, once the content is consumed or access is granted, the service is considered “used.”

2. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Monthly Subscription (₹10): This fee is strictly non-refundable.
  • Yearly Subscription (₹100): This fee is strictly non-refundable.
  • Partial Use: No pro-rata refunds will be provided if you choose to stop using the service before your subscription period ends.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • User-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your User Dashboard on hashtoo.com.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to premium sports content will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle.
  • Automated Billing: If you have enabled automated recurring payments through Razorpay, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

4. Exceptional Circumstances (Double Payments)

We only process refunds in the event of a technical error:

  • Duplicate Transactions: If you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical glitch, please notify us at contact@hashtoo.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
  • Refund Processing: Valid duplicate payment refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5–7 business days as per standard banking procedures.

5. Account Termination

If your account is terminated by us due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., fraudulent voting or content scraping), no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
