3. Subscription and Payments

• Plans: We offer two subscription models: a Monthly Plan at ₹10 and a Yearly Plan at ₹100.
• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to comply with Razorpay’s terms of service.
• Non-Refundable: All subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. Since the service involves immediate access to digital content, no refunds will be issued once a transaction is successful.
• Taxes: Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. User Content & Analyst Program

• Submissions: Selected analysts may submit sports analysis via our frontend dashboard. All submissions are subject to editorial review and approval by our staff.
• Ownership: By submitting content, you grant Hashtoo Technologies Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to publish and promote said content.
• Voting System: Subscribers may vote for analysts. Any attempt to manipulate voting through bots or fraudulent accounts will result in immediate termination of the subscription without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Hashtoo Technologies Private Limited or its content creators and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
Hashtoo Technologies Pvt Ltd provides sports news for informational purposes only. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on the sports analysis provided. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription term.

7. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:

• Share login credentials with others.
• Scrape or copy content for commercial use.
• Post defamatory or offensive comments.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website for any violation of these Terms or for conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the business interests of the Company.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
